We are here to help you feel comfortable during your visit and will answer any questions you may have along with collecting some medical information about you. We will address your problem. Our goal is to guide you to a predictable, functional, & esthetically-pleasing restoration.

Your first visit to Gary Horblitt D.D.S. is the start of a life-long relationship that will result in a clear path to a better quality of life for you. The records we collect are dental radiographs if they are not available from previous providers. Models, if necessary, and perio probings and chartings. This is just the beginning of our relationship!
